Dany Bouchedid

Dany, COLOTRAQ Real Estate Advisors' founder, is the chief visionary and architect behind COLOTRAQ and serves as its CEO

Dany has been published and quoted in various industry publications including eWeek (formerly PC Week) magazine and PHONE+. He currently sits on the PHONE+ Advisory Board. Dany is one of the founding members of the Technology Channel Association (TCA), the professional trade association for independent telecom sales professionals, and currently serves as the TCA’s president.

As Adjunct Professor in Montclair State University’s School of Business, he has taught Strategic Management, Patterns of Entrepreneurship and Ecommerce. He holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Rodger G. Parker

Rodger is a senior level executive with over thirty years experience managing multiple operations. He has managed 20 different general administrative departments ranging from real estate and construction to data centers and telecommunications operations; and has been responsible for budgets in excess of $300 million.

He has developed over five million square feet of corporate facilities and managed over 20 million square feet of corporate real estate. His global procurement management realized savings of over $200 million in operating expenses. In his thirty years of experience, Rodger has managed and developed corporate facilities consisting of: nationwide and global branch offices, corporate headquarters, trading floors, back office operations and data centers. He has developed four major corporate data centers.

He holds an MBA from Pace University and a BBA from Evangel University, where he was named Alumni of the year in 1988.

Richard Van Houten, Jr.

Richard is a senior level executive with over thirty years experience. His accomplishments include significant transactions on behalf of many of the leading financial institutions and major corporations including JP Morgan Chase, Starwood Financial, Bank of America, Citibank, Pfizer, Pearson and Quest Diagnostics.

His experience with leading brokerage firms and national developers results in a Project Centric approach to Tenant Representation, adding significant value to the process from the relocation of a corporate headquarters to the national consolidation of the offices of merged companies.

His high level Project Management positions with leading national developers included site selection, due diligence, project design and value engineering for the construction of corporate data centers, headquarters, office parks, distribution centers and investment properties.
